To BUILD local church Youth Ministries with vision, mission and hope.
To STRENGTHEN and train adult leaders and student leaders in evangelism and discipleship.
To INSPIRE adult leaders full/part time or volunteers to strive for
excellence in Youth Ministry for the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Phase 1 Goals
To encourage and train adult youth ministry leaders.
To help local church youth ministry leaders catch a vision and hope for reaching the next generation for Jesus Christ.
To give church youth ministry leaders a plan for "disciplevangelism"
Phase 2 Goals
To train student leaders in evangelism.
To help local church student & adult leaders catch a vision and hope for reaching their peers for Jesus Christ.
To build up and encourage eachother through awesome worship and fellowship.
Phase 3 Goals
To create a large exciting outreach for 500 plus students.
To give Christian students a platform to give the gospel message to a peer.
To bring the local church student ministries together for the great purpose of delivering the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
